The pulsetv.com (the "Site") is provided by PENN, LLC ("Company" or "we") to enable members to access The Travel and Entertainment Club ("Program") benefits and information online. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then do not use the Site.
Scope of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on this Site and in email, text or other electronic messages between you and the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline, such as through a phone call or the mail.

Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect "personally identifiable information" from you such as your name, postal address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. We will collect personally identifiable information from you when you actively give us the information such as when you enroll to become a Member, when you want to access the Site for the first time or otherwise communicate with the Site.
When you join the Program, or use other features on the Site, we request you to provide financial information such as account or credit card numbers. We will use your financial information to bill you for products and services or otherwise process your transactions. By enrolling as a Member or making a purchase on the Site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transactions. These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction.
We may also provide survey questionnaires and track your online traffic patterns, benefit usage and preferences in a personally identifiable manner, in order to better service your Membership, personalize your service and develop additional benefits that may be of interest to you.
We may also collect demographic information that you provide to us, such as your zip code or income level. We use your demographic information to tailor the Site to you and for internal purposes.

Not for Children
This Site is not intended for use by children. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the Site who are under the age of 18. If we learn that a user is under the age of 18, we will attempt to remove any personally identifiable information associated with such user from our system and deactivate any Access Credentials associated with such user.
California Do Not Track Disclosure
Some Internet browsers contain a "do not track" feature that allows you to inform websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. Our Site is not currently set up to respond to such signals.
How We Use Your Information
We will use your personally identifiable information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to identify you as a Member, to pay out any Cash Back awards, to bill you for continued Membership, to contact you via postal mail about information we think would be of interest to you, to evaluate and improve our service, to customize your experience on the Site, and to enforce any agreement you have with us. Your personal information is used by us to respond to your requests, process your transactions on the Site, tailor offerings to you and send you information about Membership benefits and/or your transactions on the Site.
We may also use your personally identifiable information to e communicate information and market products and services we think you would be interested in, unless you notify us that you no longer want to receive these communications. E-mail messages will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. Please note that changes to your preferences may not be effective immediately.
We use third party contractors to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as authorization of credit card transactions and provide certain Membership benefits, and may share your information with these contractors for those purposes.
We share your information with third-party benefit providers and third-party retailers so that you can use the services and benefits they provide when you choose to do so. We share your information with third-party benefit providers and third-party retailers so that they can provide you Membership benefits, Membership discounts and/or communicate with us so that we can provide you with appropriate Cash Back awards. We may share your information, along with the transactions you've conducted using your Membership, with third-party retailers and benefit providers for their tracking and internal purposes. These third-party retailers and benefit providers may use your personally identifiable information to market offers directly to you.
We use non-personally identifiable information for internal purposes and to help us interact with visitors to the Site. We may also share non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate form with third parties to illustrate trends and patterns.
If we are sold to, or merges with, another company, or declares bankruptcy, some or all of the information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of the transfer of assets. We may also disclose your information when we determine it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or protect the interests or safety of the Company, its Members or other visitors to the Site.
