I have to admit when we got this I thought it was for people who couldn't or who could barely walk. Little did I know this could be a lifesaver FOR ME!
I sit at my desk at work for hours and hours. I know I'm supposed to get up and walk every hour, but I get so engrossed in my work that I forget!
While this Leg Exerciser and Physiotherapy Machine is great for people who do have issues walking, it also does wonders for people like me! Just by placing my feet on the pedals I'm improving my health.
