When we got this Can Strainer and I said I would try it out.I really thought I wouldn't have much use for it. Boy was I wrong!
Initially I used it for my canned veggies to strain all the liquid out. But it is awesome for Tuna and I eat a lot of it and I can really get the excess liquid from it by flipping the strainer over and pushing down on the tuna.
Best of all... NO YUCKY OR STICKY FINGERS that smell like tuna!
It's also the perfect size to rinse berries and other small stuff.
I have to say this is a kitchen gadget I am happy to add! No will I be holding my hand over the opening of a can or worse, using the top of an opened can to strain. This is hazardous and not very sanitary.
