Really Bright flashlight

Compact design is good. Uses nine AAA batteries -- not advertised. Flood-to-spot is not very effective -- but OK.

Adequate

Flashlight has a strong, heavy feel to it so it should stand up to fairly rough treatment. Being thin and long makes it cumbersome to operate the on/off button, which is located on the end of the light. Turning it on, off or changing the settings is almost a 2 handed operation. Not too sure about the brightness rating - 1600 lumens may be stretching it. I have other flashlights rated at a lower lumen value that are brighter. For the price, its on OK light - nothing spectacular but usable.

The Bomb

These flashlights are the BOMB! This kind of performance for less than 15 bucks? Incredible! Astonishingly bright. The provided batteries are junk but the flashlight itself is top quality. I bought two the last time Pulse had them and two more this time. Happy, HAPPY customer.
