I LOVE LOVE this little gadget, I am a senior citizen that lives in the south in the heat, and I dont drive much anymore so battery likes to play games with me, well I just plug this in the lighter plug and turn the key and Im off. It is wonderful not having to stand in the heat and work with jumper cables!!!!

I hope I never have to use it but...
I have only plugged this device into my vehicle to follow the instructions right on the bottom of the device and become familiar with it.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow, the battery check worked as advertised, and I charged the unit.
I will not know how well it works, until I need it, but if events follow the norm, that should be within the next year. Batteries dont like the extreme heat and cold in this local.
The device seems to be a quality product. It is easy to store in the vehicle, so it is with you when you may need it, in its own pouch with the cable to connect it up.

Ive only used it once but it helped me jump start my wifes car when she became stranded in the doctors parking lot. It only took a little more than five minutes while we sat and chatted and started like a fresh battery after that time. I was able to drive to the dealership where they installed a new battery and cables. So, so far, so good!
Really Worked When I Needed It
I had kept this in my car for about 3 months, straight out the box without ever using it, when one day the unthinkable happened. My car just died. It just wouldnt start. No warning just stranded. I panicked at the idea of my busy schedule being disrupted and having to wait 2-3 hours for a AAA tow and then whatever costs might come up once the car was in the shop. Remembering I had this unit as I was dialing AAA 30 miles from home. I decided to hang up and put it to the test. I didnt think it would work for my SUV and was I surprised when within two minutes of plugging it in the lighter port of the car, it started right up. Not only did I get home ok but I also was able to use it the following day to get to a shop that I found online that had deals on buying a replacement battery, without being at the mercy of having to pay full premium price from a shop I normally dont deal with. It was just my luck that my battery had died without warning but even better luck that I had this unit in the car which saved me from an undetermined amount of wasted time

I bought 2 one for myself and one for my daughter. She has an older car and has used it twice already and is very happy with it. I have not used mine yet but its small and comes with a storage pouch so I have it within arms reach if I need it!

In theory this car charger sounded like the perfect product for my car which is not used much and has a history of low battery power.
Unfortunately, when I had an occasion to use the charger, it didnt perform as advertised and failed to provide any starting power to my car.

I bought 2 of these units because they had good reviews and I live alone and it seemed like a great idea because I have no one to help me. Well, two days ago it was bitterly cold outside and my car battery lost enough charge to start, and so I thought, perfect, now I can try out my jump starter. Well, I followed the directions perfectly, and waited for it to give my battery enough juice to start, as per the instructions but it didnt work. So I gave it even more time. Same thing...I tried a total of 3 times in the freezing cold and it just couldnt do the job it was designed to do. Fortunately, I belong to triple A and I called them to give me a jumpstart. They arrived, hooked me up and we waited a couple of minutes for a charge to build, and it fired right up... to say the least, Im very disappointed, not too mention the time I wasted in the freezing cold trying to get it to work. Hopefully you will have better results but dont depend on it when you really need it...

The little vehicle jump-starter actually works. Its as slow as cold molasses, takes about 10 or 15 minutes to do a slow-charge, but it started up my 12-year old Caravan so I could drive to buy a replacement for its original batter

Jump Starter not rechargable
The jump starter did the job but then the instructions said to leave it plugged into the cigar lighter for 45 minutes with the engine running to recharge it. Not a good design. Should be able to charge it another way!

Convenience & Peace Of Mind
MIGHTY JUMP PRO was a no-brainer purchase of a product I hope I never have to use. However, the convenience of not needing anyone else or their vehicle to assist me if/when my truck does need a jump, rendered me making this wise purchase. My girlfriend absolutely loves that I purchased one for her car as well!!

Product did not come charged, but did respond to the directions for use ie light indicators & compatability. I am confident that it will of use if/when need be. I bought it because the price was right and I figured it could be a good backup plan in event of emergency.

I havent had to use mine yet but I feel better having it in my car. And I bought some for Christmas gifts for people I love. That will make me feel good knowing they are carrying it in their cars.

I gave it five stars, because a couple days after it arrived, my next door neighbors car wouldnt start. Her battery was dead and it wasnt even clicking when she turned the key. I came out with my mighty jump and gave it to her son. The teenager plugged it in to the cigarette lighter, waited not even 5 minutes, turned the key and it started right up! Works as advertised! And it is extremely easy to use.
