    It works!
For the price this is a well made item. As someone else stated the pads come loose. They do but I put rubber bands and they stay put. If you follow the directions you will feel the stretch. It took a few days to get it right. It works but not sure it is helping my problem. It feels good when using. You can't go wrong for $7.00

    So simple to use
Only had a short time. Feels good when using. Instructions says 3 weeks usage for results. I hope it helps my back. To soon to tell, but for the price it is worth a try.

    very well made product
Its a very well made piece of equipment, just not sure its helping me.  Ive been using it a few days a week for a couple of weeks and havent seen much improvement.  I have a really bad spinal issue however, so perhaps its just me
    NITA | 11/30/2019 10:00 PM
    Useful
As one who is unable to get on the floor for this use...I use it in my bed.  Although Ive not been disciplined in its use....its does seem to give some relief to my back issues when used.

    Lo-Back Trax Not Constructed Well
This device may work but its construction is suspect.  The right leg pad does not stay on the unit. Its adhesive is poor. I will have to buy my own double sided tape to try and repair a brand new device.
    ROBERT | 11/30/2019 10:00 PM

    PETER | 11/14/2019 10:00 PM
    Very fine
This device is simple easy to use and works as advertised after only three or four sessions the change is noticeable highly recommended a good value for the money
    STEVE | 11/14/2019 10:00 PM
Good for people who are not so flexible
Works just as well for me as the inversion table.  Lots smaller and easier to store not to mention a lot less expensive.
    THOMAS | 11/14/2019 10:00 PM
    Well constructed. Good results
The Lo-Back Trax is a wonderful invention.  Especially since it is small enough to travel with.  It gives immediate results and as  you continue to use, it seems to work quietly but you do get results.
    LEO | 11/13/2019 10:00 PM
    Back Trax worked for me!
I have been using the devise several time when my back hurt me...and I had instant relief.  I am very glad I purchased it.

Click to read about our staffIf you have a back, you probably have back pain. Call it a cruel trick of evolution, but the human back is prone to all sorts of pain, stress and compression. That's why chiropractic treatment is a $12 billion a year industry. But you don't have to spend $60 an hour to have your back 'adjusted' when you can give yourself traction therapy at home with a device designed by a practicing Chiropractor; the Lo-Bak Trax.

This funny-looking pair of handlebars is actually a patented, Class 1 Medical Device that uses non-powered orthopedic traction to take pressure off of your vertebrae, joints and nerves. That's just a fancy way of saying it gently stretches your spine, relieving stress and the pain that comes with it.

    You Provide the Traction

There are no springs, straps, levers or pulleys. Lo-Bak Trax uses your own body mechanics to push the lower and upper parts of your body away from each other. YOU control the amount of pressure. Simply lie down on your back, bend your knees and place the leg pads against your thighs. When you push on the handles the dual traction force provides a gentle stretching action, taking pressure off the spine, discs and nerves. An instructional DVD is included to show you exactly how to perform the stretch.

All you need is a little room to lie down. You can use the Lo-Bak Trax daily at your home or office, and at less than 4 lbs you can even take it with you when you travel. This is great therapy for older folks who need a little daily relief or for anybody suffering from muscle spasms, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, sciatica or spinal degenerative disease.

10 minutes a day in the privacy of your own home is all you need!
