A Modern, Folding Desk Lamp with 2 USB Ports!

With a small base that measures 4" x 2", this lamp won't take up much real estate on your desk or end table. When not in use fold this lamp down and you'll barely notice the slim, 17 inch tall silhouette. Unfold it and you have 500 lumens of reading light that you can customize using a simple, one-touch control.

One-touch control: press the rotary dial to turn the light on, and keep pressing to select from 3 color temperature settings. Rotate the dial for brightness. A handy lamp/charging station

I purchased this lamp to replace a cute-but-aging bedside table lamp and it works well in that application. The hinged vertical arm allows the light to be focused such that my wife hardly sees it if Im reading after she falls asleep. The three color temperature ranges and the dimmer also allow it to be useful in brighter ambient conditions. Two very minor complaints. First, the directions instructions for switching between the three colors were not inaccurate but a bit of experimenting showed that rather than a long press and then short presses, once turned on, the color options could be toggled/cycled by a series of quick, short presses. This is a minor nuisance since engineers usually follow manufacturers directions and expect them to be accurate, but it is NOT a show stopper. Second, I have not been able to determine the output wattage of the two USB-A charging ports. They charge my devices smartphone and Kindle quickly enough, so it is not a problem. I recommend the lamp and will probably purchase another one later this year.

Great lighting

I love this lamp, however, the switch does not work like it should. It is hit or miss with the different shades of light but at least the on and off switch works and gives out great light

excellent performance, and good looking to boot!

Although Ive had this lamp for just a short time, its the most used item on my computer desk. Such versatility makes it so. Being able to adjust the color tone is a blessing for ones eyesight. The brightness adjustor is another eye-saver. The ability to alter the direction of the rays adds to the range of use in the room in general. And having dual USB ports directly at hand is another welcome convenience. I highly recommend this item.

Functional

On and off switch does not work properly. It requires multiple pressings before lighting up. A bit disappointed with that.

Different degrees and shades of light

Perfect for reading, knitting etc. Takes up very little space and the USB ports are a huge plus. The light has different degrees and different shades to choose from.

Better than the last piece I bought here...

As this actually plugs into a wall outlet it is powerful enough to illuminate what I need it to, the three modes and dimmer are welcome bonuses as well. I only give it 4 stars because the USB charging ports arent high speed but overall I would buy again and recommend...
