Placing An Order
You have several ways to order. Online orders will get an Order Confirmation Email (Can't find it? Check your Spam or Junk folder).
We accept Credit Card orders by telephone at 800-711-1361: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. Have your Credit Card and item numbers ready for the products you'd like to order. Note: We cannot process PayPal orders over the phone.
U.S. Residents can send us an order using a personal check or money order. Just proceed as normal with an order online, but click the payment method of "PERSONAL CHECK / MONEY ORDER". You'll need a printer to print out your order form to send along with the check. All orders are processed upon physical receipt of your payment.
We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, PayPal (online orders only), and check by mail.
In Store Credits
To use, you must be logged in. Your login is your email address and the password you set up. If you do not remember your password you request it when you log in (make sure to check your junk/spam folder) or contact us for it.
You can use an existing in-store credit by calling in your order with Customer Service from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. at 800-711-1361. Your credit will never expire.

If you notice a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since it is our goal to ship your order within one business day, we cannot guarantee a correction once your order is processed. If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.
