always wanted one, never wanted the trouble to use one
I AM ABSOLUTELY FLOORED by this microwave pressure cooker !!!!! the first thing I did was check out the recipes, and I made the mushroom smothered chicken thighs !!!!! it took about a half an hour to prep, because it calls for the thighs to be browned before putting into the cooker, so the actual cooking time was the same .... I added 10 extra minutes, since I had never used one before & I wanted to be sure it was cooked through !!!!! the chicken was falling apart with tenderness, and the whole meal was very good, especially for someone who doesnt cook for myself from scratch very often !!!! the only thing I would do a bit different is put more seasonings in when I start to cook it, but I didnt know how much, so I just followed the recipe .... next time, MORE salt etc. !!! but so very EASY TO USE, and as far as cleanup goes, I could use the sprayer from my kitchen sink to clean it ..... everything just slid right out, but of course with the grease, I had to wash it with soap & water !!!! best thing I have bought in a long time !!!!!
What a great product
Im a bit of a Luddite, this is my 1st pressure cooker.
Ive done the beef stew and the chocolate rice pudding.
Recipes in the book are good and Im getting ready to be inventive

My husband told me I shouldnt have bought this because things dont cook well in the microwave. Well he was wrong and we love this!
It Worked So Easy
Used this cooker just once this evening makingRed Beans and Rice. The recipe in the booklet looked very good, but I had to modify it because of health diet. I used the recipe to guide me on time and measuring my ingredients. It is easy to take apart and clean. It is very light weight and I was able to lift it out of the microwave easily. I need to find out how to order parts just in case.
